Why a Sprint for Culture?

Condensed and Effective

We know it is a luxury to have the organisation meeting in person, so we use our time effectively. Structured and condensed interaction that enables new insights and actionable next steps.

Arrive with data.

By capturing context-rich data before the Sprint, we arrive with an understaning of current culture and are ready to idenfify patterns and propose change.

Making sense.

Connecting people in person to interpret the data collected and consolidate an understanding of today and the direction for tomorrow.

Moving to action.

The move to action is not abstract, but rooted in the understanding of what really happens and the possibilities of change.

Our Process for a Sprint

Ready. Steady. Go.

For a Sprint, preparation is everything. And our preparation is different.

We collect experiences from the organization and arrive at the start with new patterns to hit the road running and use the most of our time together.

Preparation: Context and Collection

We will explore the context and define boundaries, design a collection framework and support the organization in gathering the necessary data to enable new patterns and discoveries. We will coach the organization in collection practices and engage a test group to refine the language.

Participation: Making Sense of Culture

We will have data patterns from the experiences collected and will explore those together with the organization. Making sense of authentic culture is learning how the organization and its members interpret their experiences and what drives daily choices. We will decide together what represents company culture.

Action: Direction & Declaration

When we understand more about the organization's culture and have experiences that represent what we want to see more of and what we want to see less of in the future, we can work on what can support that direction. With direction, we can set narratives, declarations, and new actions.

Working in Partnership

People we have worked with

“It makes a lot of sense! We start the process by having already listened to everyone and can dive directly into understanding and acting based on tangible information!”

Margot S.

VP Fintech

“We worked to understand why our 500+ employees stay or leave the company. The insights we gained from everyone's anonymous input were priceless, and the dialogue and actions that followed had this data to support them.”

Erik M.

Director Pharma

“Working with a global team is great, but we have always had the challenge of addressing our culture. The process lets us discuss what matters and deliver actionable direction, all within a week.”

Frequently asked questions

What can this process do for my organisation? Some common questions here.
Just send us a message and our team will get back to you promptly.

Does it happen all in a week?

Yes, the Sprint is condensed into up to a week in person, but it is only part of the process. We will work on collecting rich data before we hit the road running on our first day, and we will follow up with a structure to support implementation.

How long does the process take?

Depending on the size of your organisation or core team, the Sprint takes 3 to 5 days. We arrive on Monday and deliver by Friday. Depending on the challenge, the entire process takes 3 to 6 months.

What is the whole process based on?

The process is based on really listening and making sense of the organisation's or team's experiences. Together, we converge in making sense of today and planning the steps to steer the culture.

How will be the culture depicted?

Unlike approaches with a generic change model or abstract archetypes, our understanding of culture will come from your real-life stories and how they impact daily choices and decisions.

What is the deliverable?

The whole process will deliver the culture transformation you are looking for. The Sprint, in particular, will deliver both the comprehensive language of your future narrative and actionable steps to drive the needed change.

My offsite is planned. Can we add this?

We can weave our process into it depending on how much you have already planned. However, we will require time before it happens to collect the information we need, so make sure to talk to us at least two months before!
